My books, for you to examine and purchase...
Hi There
As I am a published author, I get jealous seeing other authors here on Substack boasting about their recent success, since my own work has not been doing that well.
So I am going to use this post to put all of them here at once, and pin it to my dashboard so that it will make it easier for you to find, purchase and review my works.
(Thank you to Grace Anderson for giving me the idea to do this.)
I will put the cover and a link to where they can be found, as well as some of what’s been said about them.
So…
NON-FICTION
“Written well with interesting anecdotes and quotes...provides a wealth of information. Recommended”―Choice
“Animation and animated television shows are so ingrained in modern life that we rarely consider just how new animation is as an art form, nor how prevalent these shows are on television. There is a plethora of animated shows, from cartoons aimed at young children to those created specifically for adults, and to create a reference work on them is an overwhelming endeavor. However, in The Encyclopedia of American Animated Television Shows, David Perlmutter has set boundaries for himself, and thus produced an excellent reference work. . . . This encyclopedia is easy to read and understand and contains quite a variety of animated television shows. . . It is an excellent resource for those studying animation, television, or perhaps even the rise of the media influence on modern society.―Mary Rebecca Yantis” ―American Reference Books Annual”
