A few years ago, I was writing and publishing stories for Untreed Reads Books, an online publisher now incorporated into Top Of The World Publishing. I got some little money from it, but then the publishers shut down short story ebook publication, and I was out in the cold.
Imagine my surprise to find that two of the stories I did for them got pirated by a site that does such things- I didn’t think I merited that. It might also be why I stopped getting paid for them.
So I thought I would alert you to their existence, in case you were interested in what I was doing before I got here.
(Unfortunately, my computer files for these stories got lost when I lost an external hard drive, so this is the only way I can share them with you.)
We start with a fanciful tale of lycanthropy:

Then a tale of middle school crime investigators:

Following this, a Canada-based collision of fantasy and reality:

A mock documentary on the end of a once popular animated television program:

Finally, botany gone wild:

A wide variety of other ebooks are available there as well, FYI.
I’d be interested to know, as I always am, about what you think should you want to read them…
Why don't you download those stories, and then fill out one of Google's take-down forms?
Sorry you were pirated. Your work is exceptionally good, and you should receive back from your time and talents with no thievery!
