I put my books out with a wide variety of distributors. Anywhere that distributes indie authors: Amazon, Draft2Digital etc. Same content, since I legally own it, but little in the way of delivery from anywhere.
I'm from Canada, so I have to deal with the exchange rate, but I can control all the aspects of the publishing process, so that's an advantage. I'm still looking for a house that would help me distribute everything so I didn't have to do it all alone, though.
